1992 July
Because we found it so cold during the night last year, the camp was brought forward, and also because we had found the children in the town of Siret were also deprived, we decided to have one week for the poor children of the town, and once again the children from the Boys’ Home for the second week. Again a huge success, particularly as the boys did not expect us to keep our promise of coming back.
Due in part to our success, coupled with technical problems (logistical) and also because of the amount of equipment, tents, etc., we had now collected; it was decided it was necessary to find a more permanent site.
